The challenge
The client vision
A boho jungle chic nursery for a baby girl that also doubles as an occasional guest room. They required ample storage space with minimal or no repainting with an end-to-end service.
The solution
This beautiful boho chic surfing vibebredesign of a 2BR + study townhouse transformed the unused study into a guest bedroom while keeping a nursery function only in the second bedroom.
The study now features a day-bed with drawers that converts to a queen bed. Modifying the door frame improved layout and space efficiency. Ceiling height maximisation enabled to accomodate a custom side lamp, an hanging closet and the clients’ surfboards. A white, wooden, and light mustard color palette balanced the dominant terracotta, enhancing the room’s lighting.
A custom watercolor rainbow wallpaper was designer as the nursery’s focal point, reducing the need for extensive painting. To ensure the maximum storage space for baby items, the old study room modular closet was repurposed, completed with new elements and wooden door handles. The white and pastel color palette, along with feminine decor, added softness and light, creating a chic boho jungle nursery for a baby girl.
